Soccer

This season, we've had Vaughn practicing with a team in Parker that has a really good coach. The coach really teaches the team footwork [and other skills I don't know anything about] and you can tell Vaughn has learned so much from him.

Funny enough, there is one thing he hasn't learned yet: humility :) On Saturday they played an all day 3 versus 3 tournament. A bunch of people came up to me during and after the tournament and told me how good Vaughn was. Afterwards he asked me about 146 times, "Mom, remember what those people were saying? Vaughn doing a good job at soccer. Lotta people told you that, right? Vaughn so good.".

I've said this before, but it really is awesome to be a part of something your kid loves doing. Vaughn really loves soccer and it's amazing how invested you get in a little tournament when your son is playing.
